A well centered tetradrachm from Messana

SICILY. Messana. 420-413 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 17.09 g, 3 h). The nymph Messana, wearing long chiton and holding reins in both hands, driving biga of mules to right; above, Nike flying right to crown the mules; in exergue, two dolphins confronted. Rev. ME-Σ-Σ-ANΙΟ-Ν Hare springing to right; below, dolphin swimming right. Caltabiano 497 (D202/R205). HGC 2, 787. Well centered and attractive. Some die rust on the obverse and light marks, otherwise, good very fine.
